Easy Returns

We have a 30-day return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@proudpetowner.com and we will provide you with the return address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover the cost of return, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You must notify us on the day you receive your item if your intent to return it.

After notifying us, you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item in its original, unused condition.

We understand that selecting the right bed for your furry friend is important, and we want to ensure you choose the best fit. Please note that the Small size Burrow Buddy bed is designed specifically for cats and puppies only, as outlined in our size chart. If a Small bed has been purchased and is found to be too small for your dog, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, as this is clearly indicated in the size guide.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review the sizing before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience. If you need assistance with choosing the right size, feel free to contact us—our team is always happy to help!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We totally understand that finding the perfect fit for your furry friend is important! The quickest way to exchange your bed for a larger size is to place an order for the size you'd like. Once you've made the purchase, just send us a screenshot or email with your order confirmation for the new size. We’ll then send you the return details for the original bed so you can send it back to us!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@proudpetowner.com.
